Expanded portfolio scope to support strategic Workday customer events while continuing leadership of flagship Client Board and Conversation Club executive experiences.

Workday - Sr Events Manager Nov 2025 - Apr 2026

Saw Paradox through acquisition into Workday, leading continuity of flagship “Client Board” event, a two-day bespoke semiannual user conference for customers and prospect, and a smaller regional Client Board experience called “Conversation Club”.

Paradox - Marketing Events Manager Feb 2025 - Nov 2025

Scaled flagship “Client Board” event from 65 (2022) → 110 (March 2025) VP+ HR / TA leaders.

Rolled out  pre- and post-event alignment framework with client success & sales—synced playbooks, lead-routing, and feedback loops to fuel the company’s expansion strategy, encouraging  higher post-event conversion rates.

Launched and led the first “Conversation Club” client experience series in the EMEA region, managing a $60K budget to deliver a peer-driven forum for strategic discussion, product feedback, and community building.

Paradox - Sr Events Specialist ** May 2023 - Feb 2025

Lead 3 seasonal Client Board programs in 2024, influencing over $6m in Closed / Won revenue ($10m+ still in pipeline). $800k+ budget per event, 80+ VP+ attendees—steering cross-functional prep, creative direction, agency & vendor management, travel coordination, email strategy, client gifting, inventory and post-event reporting. Earning 97 % “5/5” attendee satisfaction rate & ~5x ROI.

Authored & rolled out “hospitality” playbook that standardizes white-glove service for event staff to enhance  attendee experience.

Launched the first-ever Client Board microsite—owned creative direction, UX, and integrated form workflows

Paradox - Event Specialist Feb 2022 - May 2023

Owned industry trade-show portfolio - 12+ events each year requiring 20x20+ custom booth builds, end-to-end logistics, and cross-regional vendor teams.

Led HR Tech Conference (orchestrated travel, uniforms, and meals for 70+ staff; layered a direct-mail teaser, in-booth demos, and a client dinner series & activation  to capture 400+ MQLs and fuel pipeline).
